He said the delay was coursed due to the large quantity and quality the government requested for, adding that the books are in different sizes and volumes and that fifty containers have arrived in the country out of the seventy-one containers that were procured.
He said they will start distribution of the books with immediate effect, and that as company, they are very much happy because they have archived their goal by fulfilling the task that they were charged with by the government.
He went on to advice school authorities, parents and the pupils themselves to handle these facilities with care as according to him the government sent 25% of its budget to provide the free quality education.
Speaking to this reporter, Solomon Sundu, CEO of Bianguay Foundation International (Bi-Found) said his organization has been monitoring the entire importing process of the books. He said they are satisfied with the process and that he can confirm that all the books are currently in country.
He said his organisation will continue to follow up with the distribution process and will ensure there is fairness in the process.
He urged the general public to be confident as there is no scam in the process.
