Guardian of Bintu Turay, Martha Kposowa mentioned that Bintu was only complaining pain when it started five months ago and that they have been treating her for pain when it turn out to be something else. Kposowa furthered explained that Bintu father had been buying injection for pain with render no use, and that they have consulted traditional healers all have proven fruitless before they eventually move to the government hospital in Kono.
She told AYV that they want to get Bintu back on her legs for her to go to school again; as they are hoping that people can support them in carrying out the operation that will salvage the Bintu’s situation.
