He is said to have converted one mobile phone and a computer in his own personal use and benefit.
Alfred Jabbie was also cautioned and discharged. He was charged with the offence of House Break-in and Larceny.
The charge sheet stated that he stole one four battery tape. He was arrested in 2008 at Lumley in the west part of Freetown.
Another accused, Ibrahim Sorrie Bangura was also cautioned and discharged by the Trial Judge.
In another development, Hon. Justice Reginald Fynn granted bail to an alleged sex offender, Abdul Conteh in the sum of ten million Leones and one surety in like sum.
The surety should be a resident within the Freetown judicial district of the Republic of Sierra Leone.
The Trial Judge further ordered that the accused person should not leave the jurisdiction of Sierra Leone. The matter comes up again on 2 July 2018.
