These candidates were nominated among some Seventy Eight (78) shortlisted applicants who were subjected to a rigorous interview process to ascertain their academic qualifications and fitness for the courses they want to pursue.
Eight (8) of the nominated candidates were selected by the Ministry for PHD Courses while the remaining are due to pursue various Masters Courses if selected in the final stage.
On the list of nominees selected for the scholarships, which was published on October 7 2019, Eighteen (18) were females, while Fourteen (14) were Males.
