The court could not proceed with the matter, due to conspicuous absence of five jurors, thereby paralyzing the entire trial process.
The Hon. Judge however adjourned the matter to the next Criminal Session of the High Court of Sierra Leone which commences in September this year.
He ordered that both accused persons be remanded at the Male Correctional Centre at Pademba Road in Freetown.
Hon. Justice John Bosco Allieu further ordered that notices be sent and Production Order for the attendance of the accused persons, Mohamed Lamin Kamara alias Coke En G and Paul Con be issued to them when the Criminal Session commences.
