It could be recalled that, Francis Marveh on 8th June, 2017, solicited and accepted the sum of One Hundred and Thirty Thousand Leones (Le 130,000) as an inducement for him to allow a 2017 West African Senior Secondary School Examinations candidate to re-write the History subject paper weeks after the exams had taken place.
The State was represented by Mohamed Koroma Esq., whilst the convict was represented by Abdul Karim Kamara Esq.
