“I have been instructed by the party not to sign the final report of the Committee and have called for another plenary meeting of the CRC to consider the grey areas that were not included after visits to various communities and stakeholders throughout the country, or were changed in a very convoluted manner.”
The reporter quoted the scribe as saying that: “The APC has called for another plenary because we are concerned that views obtained from various stakeholders were ignored by the secretariat and we have therefore requested the CRC chairman and the executive secretary to convene another final plenary that would address these concerns and apprehensions”.
