Share

The Sierra Leone Police have questioned two local musicians, Solomon Kass-Marrah aka Kass of LXG Music Group and Edward Wright aka Eddie 441 in connection with the death of Alouysh Deen Tarawally alias Arata.

Arata passed away in Freetown in August this year after sustaining some severe injuries from an alleged mob attack over an alleged theft of a tricycle (Kehkeh).

Reports say, Eddie, who is the owner of the tricycle was called in for questioning whiles Kass had accompanied him to make statements.

It was ascertained that Eddie, whose name was on documents as the owner, had purchased the tricycle for his mother, who has also been called in to give a statement.

Police Media has not confirm the arrest and reason but  Head of Media, Public Relations and Sports, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Brima Kamara, promised to release more on the issue today Tuesday.

However, Lawyer of the Artists, Barrister Mohamed Sow was working tirelessly to secure their release before press time yesterday. More on this in our subsequent editions.
