Ninety customers who have been sending and receiving money through Western Union each won J 1 Ace Galaxy phone while four others won Premium Galaxy A 7 phones totaling ninety-four.
The presenters, T. J. Cole and Daniel Moseray, said that from 1st September -31st December 2015, over 1,000 customers sent and received money though Western Union agencies but that only 94 were the lucky winners in the ‘Tok 4 Free’ promotion and would receive their prizes from the Western Union advertising agency, Charter House at 16 Wellington Street, Freetown.
Charter House Managing Director, Osman Conteh, disclosed that people have been winning amazing prizes from Western Union, the leading money transfer agency in the country and called on customers and others to continue patronizing Western Union that has more in store for them adding, “all the ninety-four winners will this week receive their prizes at Charter House, 16 Wellington Street, Freetown.”
The draw was transparent and unique as the names of winners were selected from a big drum in the full view of the public and journalists with winners selected nationwide.
Thirty-seven customers won from Union Trust Bank, thirty-seven from First International Bank, eight from Eco Bank and five each from Zenith and Skye Banks.
Winners of the four premium Galaxy A7 phones, two each from UTB and FIBank are Sandra Fofanah, Hawa Jonjo, Patricia Ojoh and Jatta Turay.
