He called on every Sierra Leonean to help safeguard the properties of EDSA and not tamper with either the cables or meters.
The representative from National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA), Mr. Andrew Samuels said their responsibility is not to pass judgment or recommend anyone for the contract but to ascertain whether the requisite documents required are met and submitted and to see whether the process followed laid down guidelines.
