He made this statement during the launching of the Christian Lawyers Centre which seeks the welfare of vulnerable groups and the religious community in Sierra Leone.
According to Dumbuya they aim to achieve two fundamental objectives in protecting and promoting fundamental human rights of vulnerable groups. He added that they also will be looking at the laborers and general workers right in the country.
Mr. Dumbuya stated that the initiative to establish the organization started in 2004 during his study in Scotland, United Kingdom. He said the inspiration to form an organizing called Christian Lawyers Centre for Legal Assistance and Policy Reforms came strongly on him.
Christian Lawyers Centre according to Dumbuya was formed against the backdrop of filling gaps in terms of providing specialized legal assistance, professional advice, and legal representation of the religious community in Sierra Leone, while respecting and protecting fundament human rights.
