The person(s) who attacked the residence of the Justice took away his laptop computer. Sources say it contains his work at the commission and eight years of work in Nigeria. Those who visited the judge yesterday morning say he was visibly shaken by it.
The motive of the attacker(s) is not immediately clear but Justice Biobele had openly spoken about receiving anonymous threatening telephone calls.
Questions are now being asked as to why the state did not provide him with a laptop when he arrived, and about the state of security at his residence.
