Deputy Foreign Minister Receives UAE Delegates

After the meeting with His Excellency, Rtd. Julius Maada Bio, the delegation will then depart for a field visit to places including Connaught Hospital, PCMH and the Sierra Leone Port Authority.

During their two day in the country, the delegation will be meeting with Sectoral Ministers and their Technical staff in the Ministries of Agriculture Forestry and Food Security; Health and Sanitation; Energy; Basic and Secondary Education; Social Welfare, Gender and Children’s Affairs; Works, and Infrastructure; Trade and Industry and Transport and Aviation.

The delegation will depart Freetown for UAE on Tuesday 9th April, 2019.

Accompanying the Hon. Deputy Minister to receive the delegates were the Director General and Ambassador-At- Large, Ambassador Paul A.S. Minah, the Ambassador of Sierra Leone to UAE, Ambassador Rashid Sesay and the Protocol Officer UAE Embassy, Dakar, Senegal, Nema Khairy.
