In his brief acceptance speech, Hon. Leema expressed delight for the honour bestowed on him and thanked the audience for their commendations. “Society is whole but also compartmentalized. It compartmentalization fosters individual competition which comes with recognition, followed by motivation and inspires nation building” the motivational and enthusiastic Deputy Minister enlightened the audience.
The inspirational statement by the industrious Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs was a reflection of his audience (business executives, NGOs & MDAs) and captures his acceptance for the “Best Emerging Minister of the year Award”. He, therefore, dedicated the award to God for His Grace, His Excellency the President of the Republic of Sierra Leone Julius Maada Bio for believing in him and appointing him to serve the nation in the capacity of a Deputy Minister and to the Grassroots from whom he emerged.
