They said they have been left with no choice but to go back to their community and make do of what they can reach to reconstruct the houses.
Musa Kamara, one of the returnees told AYV that she was among those affected by the disaster in August and was taken to a temporal holding camp where she had spent months without government fulfilling its promises to them.
Based on this and other challenging factors, he decided to return to her community and set up a new home for life to continue.
He furthered that they were yet receive any money as promised by government so that was the reason he and many other people have decided to go back and rebuild their broken homes.
