It is like littering has become the order of the day and the authorities who are responsible to curb this menace are either complacent or non-existent.
Reports have it that the Ministry of Health and Sanitation headed by Dr. Abubakarr Fofanah is doing his best to ensure that health issues are paramount but the matter is still an uphill task.
According to several women interviewed by this medium they were of the opinion that it is sad to see such flagrant disregard for health and sanitation even though the government says it is providing free health care for pregnant women, suckling mothers and under five year children.
