It can be recalled that Tombo few months ago lost a football contract with second division side Trelleborgs FF in Sweden over contrivances allegedly surrounding his unfinished contract with some football clubs back home.
The Striker traveled to Sweden and signed a deal with the Swedish team, a deal that was later terminated and Tombo sent back home.
Yesterday at the AYV Media Empire Conference Room, AIK Freetown and EE Lions officially reached an agreement for the Striker to transfer permanently to Lions.
AIK Freetown’s Club Chairman, Tunde Scott described the signing process as good example of professional football move.
For his side, EE Lions’ Legal Advisor, Mohamed Sahid Bangura said it was a long standing matter among the two clubs that has finally been laid to rest by the signing. He expressed happiness that the two teams have now reached a peaceful agreement on the player’s issue.
Kamara’s returns to Lions will serve as a permanent basis until he secures another contract.
