In his court testimony, the seventh prosecuting witness, Police Detective John Sahr Nanoh attached to the Homicide Unit of the Criminal Investigation Department Headquarters in Freetown told the jam-packed court that, he and Detective Police Kabba M.D. finally interviewed all accused persons by cautioning and questioning them in English Language.
 Detective John Sahr Nanoh further told the court that, at the conclusion of the investigation , they charged the accused persons with the offence of Manslaughter, adding that their respective statements to the police was read to them which, he said all accused persons admitted to be true and correct and signed it in their own hand writings.Â
He also intimated the court that all accused persons made denial statements to the police in respect of the charge preferred against them.
Meanwhile, the prosecuting Counsel Tommeh Harding however informed the bench that he has only one more witness to testify in the person of the Government Consultant and pathologist, Dr. Semion Owiss Koroma and assured the court that he will explore all means humanly possible to present him in court on the next adjourned date.
The matter comes up again on the 4th November 2015.
