Ambassador Alice Kanjia, Ex-Housemate of the AYV/Africell Housemates Salone Reality TV Show Season 3, has been honored with an International Award at the 2024 African Youth Empowerment Awards.
The Awards was organised by Miss Ebony Ambassadors Pageant UK/I on July 272024, 2024 at the Hilton Hotel in London.
Ambassador Kanja was also the International Red Carpet Host, where she interviewed
Her Worship the Mayor of Southwark, Niama Ali, who is a passionate advocate for social justice.
She welcomed Ambassador Kanja to enjoy her time in Southwark, noting that it is vibrant and multicultural community.
She extended invite for her to visit her at any time she visits London.
Ambassador Kanja said the first place she visited when she was picked from Heathrow airport, was the Borough of Southwark, which she finds intriguing.
She said: “As an International female farmer from Sierra Leone, I saw fresh vegetables/fruits and other foods, such as fresh okra, casava and the leaves. I also saw business opportunities for me to sell my products, especially after spoken to many business owners.”
Ambassador Kanja interviewed other recipients, guests and awarding body.
