In a memorandum of appreciation, addressed to staff of her ministry, following the official pronouncement of the results at the Sierra Leone Bank Complex, recently, the Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Elizabeth Mans said this success can be attributed to the concerted efforts of all staff of the ministry and the exemplary political leadership of the erstwhile minister of fisheries, Capt. Momodu Allieu Pat-Sowe and his deputy, Charles Rogers. “Their unique leadership style has enabled the ministry to win this Noble Laurel” she added. She thanked staff of the ministry for their steadfastness and dedication while entreating them to be actively involved in making the ministry forge ahead, especially with regard to PTT. He appealed for maximum and unflinching support enable her perform her work well.
