In recognition of what the Fullah Progressive Union (FPU) North America described as his “Extraordinary Initiative towards Free Quality Education,” the Acting Head (Hooreejo) of the Organization, Algassimu Monorma Bah accompanied by a cross section of his executive has on behalf of the entire FPU North America presented a plaque to Sierra Leone’s President Julius Maada Bio.
The short but colorful ceremony took place at the Marriott Hotel on 525 Lexington Avenue, East 49 Street in New York on Friday, September 27, 2019.
The President also received with appreciation a ‘Puuto’ (Fouta Djalon Golden Era Hat) from the FPU.
