Harish Agnani: “Indians are law abiding”

According to a press release issued by the India Community at a press conference held on Monday 17th March 2019 at the Sierra Leone Police headquarter the Indian Community totally condemned all forms of violence and will like the general public to know that the Indian Community will continue to support the police in their on-going investigations so that the culprits face the full consequences of the laws of Sierra Leone.

The Press Release further indicated that Indians are law abiding citizens and have lived in peace and harmony with citizens of Sierra Leone for over one hundred years.

They also wish to convey to the victims, their families and friends wholehearted support as the incident that occurred on Sunday 17 March 2019 equally shocked the Indian Community.

The Indian community also wish to thank the Government of Sierra Leone and the members of the Sierra Leone Police Force form their timely intervention in addressing the situation.

The Press Release further called on all and sundry to remain calm and allow the police to continue with their investigation, and concluded that Indians will continue to live in peace and harmony with citizens of the country.
