He will also give Keynote Address at the Harvard University Center for African Studies Forum on Sierra Leone which will take place at the Harvard Law School. The open Forum will include lectures by distinguished faculty from both Harvard and Tufts Universities.
Whilst in Massachusetts, President Bio will also visit the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he will be hosted by the co-founder of the MIT Media Lab and Chairman Emeritus Nicholas Negroponte and MIT Media Lab Director Joi Ito.
President Bio will also deliver a speech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and participate in a roundtable on universal quality education and access to connectivity. It could be recalled that last year former President Barack Obama was also hosted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
From Massachusetts, His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio will also travel to Casablanca in Morocco where he has been invited to attend the 6th International Africa Development Forum as Guest. President Bio has been invited by Mohamed El Kettani, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Attijariwafa Bank. The International Africa Development Forum is a platform linking between economic agents, investors, and policy makers. President Bio arrived in Casablanca on 13th March and will depart on 16th March 2019.
