Honourable Dr. Kandeh Kolleh Yumkella (KKY) yesterday 11th October, 2022 moderated the Global Clean Cooking Alliance Forum hosted by the Government of Ghana in Accra, where he also served as Special Guest.
Hon. KKY was joined at the event by the Second Lady of Ghana, the Chief Executive Officer of Clean Cooking Alliance, the United Nations Under Secretary General and Chief Executive Officer of Sustainable Energy for All, and The Norwegian Ambassador to Ghana.
The Clean Cooking Alliance and the Government of Ghana are co-hosting the Clean Cooking Forum 2022, taking place October 11-13 in Accra, Ghana. In the countdown to 2030, it is more urgent than ever that we mobilize the necessary funding, partnerships, and policies to achieve clean cooking for all.
The clean cooking sector’s flagship event, the Clean Cooking Forum is a biennial convening of leaders in clean cooking and clean energy from around the world.
Each year, the Clean Cooking Forum, hosted by the Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA), has explored critical topics such as new technology, creative financing and investment opportunities, behaviour change interventions, and strategies to strengthen the inclusion of women throughout the clean cooking value chain.
