The MP said that all the materials would be imported by him to avoid corruption which may delay the execution of the project and highlighted some of the things he’d done for the community.
A diaspora representative at the meeting, Alhaji Maligie Yansaneh, expressed gratitude to the parliamentarian for his gesture before he officially handed over the community him.

Paramount Chief, Shebora Shegba Gbereh III of Kaffu Bullom Chiefdom, section chief, Pa Alimamy Samba Dumbuya II of Lungi Section, social groups, diaspora representative all expressed gratitude to the MP.
A group called ‘Friends of Benneh’ offered a goat to the MP as gift and assured him of their support. A set of people who claimed to be members of the opposition Sierra Leone Peoples Party also declared their support for the MP and used the occasion to declare for the governing APC.
Mohamed Lamin Sillah said he was planning to be the councillor for Ward 189 in the next elections, noting “Modia needs many other basic facilities like water, roads, quality and affordable education, health facility”.
