Dr. Marefatemphasized that Sierra Leone has gained a lot from the revolution and stand to gain more since the thrust of the revolution is to serve humanity. He expressed his happiness to be chosen as head of the cultural center in Sierra Leone and pray that he will follow the good steps of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ayatollah Khomeini.
Dr. Marefatdisclosed plans for the construction of a Cultural Center in Sierra Leone to be named Imam Rezar Cultural Center and informed newsmen that the complex will comprise of a Hospital, Mosque and Recreational Center solely manned by Sierra Leoneans. He said that the ten days celebration will take the form of a graduation of over 300 students from the Imam KhomeniSchoolwhich will be held on the 6th February, 2015 at the Freetown Central Mosque, Radio and Television Discussion and Lectures.
