Amara Musa maintained that the problem the school is facing can’t be solved by just the people of Kailahun, requesting that it will be good for the government to support education by supporting their school.
He further stated that the school is a government assisted school and that there are nine hundred and twenty-five children in the school which is creating the problem of accommodation in the school and that most of the buildings were destroyed during the war.
The Kailahun District Education Committee Primary School at the Kailahun town is one of the oldest primary schools in the District. It was established in 1966.
The school is currently faced with lots of challenges from sitting accommodation, learning materials and teaching materials amidst concerns about quality education in the school.
