According to Garber they are aware of the umpteenth aspects and problems especially of legal dimensions needing corrective measures and solutions if this is to succeed.
“Kindly overlook our making mention at once on this occasion of this nagging concern troubling our peace,” Garber said.
According to Garber one of the reasons for their visit to the Minister is because the ministry is relevant to the functioning to their organization, noting that the ministry is in charge of everything happening locally in the country.
