It’s on this backdrop, that at the end of 2019, the issue of electricity meters in the country will be something of the past, said0 the Minister of Energy, Alhaji Kanja Sesay while emphasizing that the mandate of the ministry is to create an enabling environment for the provision of modern energy in the country.
