The witness said that, he conducted the postmortem examination with the original copy in the presence of medical students, adding that, the original copy of his findings with the Death Certificate was immediately presented to the deceased relatives and officials of the Sierra Leone Police Force.
Santigie Mansaray, Abdulai Kamara and Masalia Conteh were on Tuesday arraigned before the presiding Magistrate, Komba Kamanda of Magistrate Court No.1 in Freetown with the offence of Conspiracy and Murder contrary to the Criminal Procedure Act of the laws of Sierra Leone.
The lead prosecuting evidence of the Sierra Leone Police force, Prosecutor ASP Raymond Dunia with his witness, Dr. Semion Owiss Koroma, while giving an account of his story, informed the court that, the deceased corpse was first identified to him by his Cousin, DPC 9718 Kamara and DPC Dumbuya of the Criminal Investigation Department in Freetown.
He said, the final Autopsy Examination of the deceased confirmed that, Joseph Fobie died as a result of a deep cut on his neck, coupled with profuse bleeding as the main cause of his death.
