They made this call when they received Robert Kondema Kargbo the Commissioner of National Telecommunication and Communications (NATCOM) at Bayande village, Thonko Limba Chiefdom, Kambia District.
Kambia District is under the North-West region of the country after the boundary delimitation in 2017 done by Statistics Sierra Leone. It is approximately 18 miles from Kambia town and passes through Bayande village, with an estimated population of 200 inhabitants.
The road network leading to other towns and villages is nothing good to write home about. Some residents of Sami town and Bayande Village made a plea to the Government to speedily help them construct the road and provide other basic amenities. They made this call in a one day meeting with Robert Kondema Kargbo a Commissioner at NATCOM who happens to be an indigene of Thonko Limba Chiefdom.
Speaking to AYV, Robert Kondema Kargbo said that this time round, his main factor is to bring development to Kambia with the help of the elders. He further said that he is using this platform to call on President Bio to help the people in this area.
