The release states: “Our nation is in the crossroads, our economy is in shambles, our youths are desperate to find livable jobs (Youth Unemployment is staggering at over 75 %, our hospitals are substandard and our people die needlessly everyday because of lack of basic medical supplies and infrastructures, power supply is unreliable and infrequent, education has gone down the drains, telecommunication and road networks are not integrated and poorly managed, despite our numerous natural resources with a total population just around 7 millions, our people continue to struggle to put food on the table and above all, massive corruption and greed are destroying the nation and scaring foreign investors away”.
The party has further called on Sierra Leoneans not to allow themselves to be fooled again with a bag of rice or some small cash that will last for a couple of days for their votes.
However, the party has not disclosed date for its convention and other political activities which have already been held by other older political parties.
