NRA donates bus to UNIMAK

The principal reiterated that his university appreciated the generosity of NRA, and pleased with the action that led UNIMAK to be a direct beneficiary of the NRA goodwill.

NRA Commissioner General, Haja Kallah Kamara applauded the laudable exertion of the university, which she said driven a long distance, since its inception in 2009, when they were granted university standing. She further urged the university administration to continue the good work, as she promised that NRA would continue to support different activities in the society. She encouraged all and sundry to come board and support as well as promoting national developmental agenda.

RNA and UNIMAK signed memorandum of understanding, at the same time as the bus keys together with it particulars were   handed over to the Vice Chancellor.

According to the NRA Commissioner General, similar donations had already been made to Fourah Bay College and Njala University, in order to salvage the hauling constraint of students across the country.

The general expectation of people was to ensure that the university authorities handled the donated buses with utmost care, as the bus would be used to convey students from the Fatima to Yoni Campuses, in the case of UNIMAK.
