Dr Ajisafe is already in police custody as the Ministry of Social Welfare, Gender and Children’s Affairs (MSWGCA), the Independent Media Commission (IMC) and the Sierra Leone Police (SLP) investigate the matter and profer an amicable solution.
The MSWGCA has already announced the suspension of the operations of all six Sanctuary Praise Churches in Freetown, Lungi and Kenema, aka Christ Revival Evangelistic Mission (more known for ‘Let My Gate be opened’).
Islamic organizations and Government have already appealed for calm, especially on the part of Muslims, as the matter is being investigated, for an amicable settlement.
