In his testimony before Justice Alusine Sesay of the High Court of Sierra Leone, the witness said, whilst his father, aunty and other relatives arrived at the Aberdeen Police Division to enter a report following the mysterious disappearance of Sydney Buckle, (aka D J Clef), he saw the first accused, Baimba Moi Foray on a motor bike at the Aberdeen roundabout in the west end of Freetown.
Alexandra Kweku Buckle explained that, police officers pursued the first accused at the roundabout, but they could not trace him at that material time. He said he recognised the first and third accused persons, and recalled May 29, 2015.
He said, on the day in question, his friend Donald gave informed him that, his brother, D J Clef, is reported to have gone missing at a birthday party few days ago earlier, held in the residence of the first accused, Biamba Moi Foray in Aberdeen.
He further explained that, based on this information his father, Sydney Buckle, Snr., aunty and other relatives went to the residence of the third accused, Avril Oreh Renner at Juba Hill in the west part of Freetown.
According to him, upon their arrival, they explained the motive of their visit to her, and said she denied having knowledge of the whereabouts of D J Clef.
The witness told the court that later on, the third accused, his father, Sydney Buckle Snr., the first, second and third prosecution witnesses, including him, went to the Family Support Unit at the Aberdeen Police Division; to enter report in respect of the mysterious disappearance of D J Clef.
The fourth prosecution witness said after the police had obtained statement from them, his aunty had a call on her mobile phone from Mr. Cyril Smith, who later turned up at the police station, and gave his aunty some information about D J Clef.
 Alexandra Kweku Buckle also informed the court that, the then head of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Ibrahim Koroma, (aka Size Man) called on his aunt’s mobile phone, informing her to meet him at his Pademba Road office in Freetown.
Upon our arrival, he said, the CID’s boss told to them to board a waiting police vehicle. Along with Dr. S.O. Koroma, a pathologist, some officers and himself, he further explained, they headed off to the Ebola Cemetery at Paloko in Waterloo; where he noted Dr Koroma should post mortem on the corpse of the deceased.
He said, D J Clef’s remains were exhumed from grave plot, 4730 and Dr. Koroma then conducted the examination.
The matter was adjourned to Thursday 8 December.
