On December 9, 2015, Counsel representing the Plaintiffs, Elvis Kargbo mentioned the matter before Justice Patrick Hamilton, but the Defendants (Sierratel) lawyer, R.A.D. Jones was in attendance.
The presiding Judge, Justice Patrick Hamilton said since the Defendants lawyer was not present to make a defense, he then ordered the Court Bailiffs to send notices to both Counsels for them to be in the court on the next adjourned date.
The matter comes up again on Monday 14, December 2015.
