Soldier Steals Donkey at Waterloo

The complainant, Samuel Enitor King was led in evidence by Assistant Superintendent of Police, ASP Theresa Bangura. During his testimony he informed the court that he recognized the accused person in the dock and also recalled 8 December 2017.

He intimated the court that on the aforementioned date, he received information that the accused Hassan Kamara had stolen his female donkey at Jorpoh Farm, Waterloo.

The complainant Samuel Enitor King went on to state that as a result, he reported the matter at the Waterloo Police Station in the outskirts of Freetown, after which police obtained statement from him in respect of the matter before the court

The accused Hassan Bangura was however granted bail by Magistrate Santigie Bangura who also ordered that the accused person’s bail bond should be approved by the Master and Registrar.

Accused Hassan Kamara was represented by Lawyer L.M Barrie and Magistrate Santigie Bangura adjourned the matter to Wednesday 27 June 2018.
