It could be recalled that Sierra Leone secured their first point from three matches in the ongoing CAF 2015 Africa Cup of Nation Qualifiers following Saturday’s goalless draw in Yaoundé, Cameroon and now Bangura believes the outcome of today’s match could determin their chances of reaching Morocco 2015.
Cameroon still sits at the top of group D with seven points from three matches, followed by DR Congo which also drew with Ivory Coast. Both teams have four points whilst Sierra Leone is at the tail end of the table with a single point.
However, the Dynamic defender said they as professional players continue to believe that the chances are still there for them to qualify with a positive result in today’s encounter. He said, “we continue to believe. You see, we are playing pretty well… we are just trying to be focused to see what could happen today.
