UK Prime Minister Invites SLFA President

One of the task force members is SLFA’s Isha Johansen who has been asked to speak on her experience of trying to drive through an agenda of good governance in Sierra Leone’s football industry and her vision for the development of football in Africa.

Madam Johansen has been asked to be one of the panellists and deliver a speech on the topic “Giving Sport a Clean Future”.

“This is a step in the right direction and I look forward to representing Sierra Leone on the global stage in the hope of bringing change and prosperity in sports to our nation,” said the SLFA President. 

The Anti-Corruption summit, London 2016 is aimed at agreeing on a package of practical steps to drive out corruption in all sectors of society. Based on her experience in the football industry and vision for good governance in sports, Madam Johansen will be giving an insight into helping map the way forward for integrity and accountability in the sporting world.
